Wisconsin Labor &
Industry Review Commission (LIRC) - Decisions by LIRC are not controlling precedents, but they are still frequently
useful in determining how LIRC dealt with specific fact situations in the
past,
since LIRC does try to be consistent. Note that this is not a collection of all
of LIRC's workers compensation decisions, but only of a limited number which
have been archived based on a staff assessment that they might be useful as
research tools. There is a total of more than 700
decisions.
