News - The latest news about the WAWCA and recent developments on the Wisconsin worker's compensation scene.

Form, Tools & Tips - Our members have contributed a variety of useful resource materials for attorneys and others who are involved in investigating, managing, and litigating Wisconsin worker's compensation claims.  The page includes various forms in MS Word and MS Excel formats.  The page will also include other resources, such as circuit court and LIRC decisions that are not available online elsewhere.

Papers on WC - Papers on worker's compensation by our members, including lecture outlines from our seminars.

Case Law Updates - The most recent appellate decisions by the court of appeals and the supreme court.  A limited number of significant new decisions by LIRC and the circuit courts will also be discussed.

Dept. Policies - Letters and memos by ALJs with statements of Department policy on various issues. There are some Insurance Letters by the Department on significant issues.  Finally, this page also includes a limited number of LIRC decisions of interest that are not readily available elsewhere, such as LIRC's own Web page.
